In 2003, we established the Shanghai Office in order to develop our business in China, and in 2010, we founded Towa Industrial (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. on Xianxia Road in Shanghai’s Changning District.Today, as a trading company that has been granted unique import and export rights, we have earned a great deal of trust through our transactions with our customers.

| 2010 | April | Towa Industrial (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. established in response to business expansion. Direct sales in China begins. |
| 2016 | December | Development and sales of own brand equipment begins. |
| 2019 | January | Entered the lace embroidery industry. Sales of plastic shuttles for lace embroidery begins. |
